Return & Refund Policy
Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item. Items must be unused, unwashed, in original condition and original packaging, with all tags intact. Custom goods, clearance items, disposable consumables are non-returnable unless defective.
How to Start a Return
- Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the item.
- Wait for our return approval and return instructions.
- Send the item back following our guide. Return shipping cost is usually borne by the buyer unless the item arrives damaged or wrong.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned goods, we will approve your refund within 3–5 business days. Refunds will go back to your original payment method. It may take extra time for your bank to process the refund.
Damaged / Wrong Items
If you receive broken, defective or incorrect products, please send clear photos within 48 hours after delivery. We will arrange replacement or full refund at no extra cost for you.
Partial Refund
We reserve the right to offer partial refunds if the returned item is damaged, used or missing parts.
